Celerity
This Discipline explains the superior quickness of vampires. A rating in Celerity allows a vampire to move extremely quickly in times of stress and take multiple actions in a single Second.
System: You must call "Dead Speed" when you activate celerity, and the amount of seconds activated for, and you or some one else will shout out the seconds as they pass. To work out how many seconds it is activated for you must multiply the amount of blood spent by the level of the Discipline. For a Discipline of 4 and 3 blood is spent you would shout "Dead Speed 12." Baring in mind that to spend Blood above your rate you must concentrate for a 3 seconds to control the flow of blood, and manipulate, it's use, as you can only spend your rate every 3 Seconds.
While you are in "dead speed" no one else can move until the time is up and must remain still until then. They only characters that can move are other vampires activating Celerity Simultaneously, but no blood can be spent during this time so if you have not started spending blood you cannot start. If you have celerity, you can activate it 2 seconds after the first person calls dead speed.
Celerity x Blood = Dead Spead
Note: If you have a Celerity of one or greater you can Call "Quick Draw" if you want to pull a weapon out before the other players, if this is called against someone with celerity, and both players call it, then the person with the highest celerity wins. If it is a draw both players draw at the same time. This costs 1 Blood.
If you have celerity of 3 or greater you can call "Dodge", this can be used to dodge a blow, for a Melee, or hand to had weapon. You can even dodge some bullets, but you need to dodge to close cover, or be running full till parallel to the arc of the weapon. This ability costs 2 Blood.
