History (Time In) 
September 1999:-
On the 11th of the month rumours turned up about crucified human remains being found in Victoria Square (Birmingham). However there was no evidence to substantiate this.
Then on the 22nd A Jeweller, based in the jewellery quarter of Birmingham reported ghostly activity in his shop, and he said he had video evidence. After closer inspection of the incident, the Primogen came to the conclusion that whoever did the bank raid was also responsible for this.
Then again on the 25th More rumours of human remains appeared, this time the remains were found in Wolverhampton, however again there was no evidence, as it was covered-up. Also on the 25th all vampires in the West Midlands area felt a shiver down their spine this happened at 20:15hrs, and shortly afterwards the Lasombra was hit by a speeding car, on the M6 near Hilton services. The Motorway cameras catch this incident, but not him? After being hit he gets up and continues running.
On a news report it mentions the Accident, and say that the shocked driver hit the person, who after laying on the ground for about 30 seconds, stood up and hobbled across the M6. Doctors say that this is a rare case of Shock on the victims part, where by he stands up, unaware of the amount of physical damage he has taken, and continues on his was, and then dies shortly afterwards. This behaviour can been seen in cats who will find a secluded place to die after being hit. However the Police are still looking for the body. Also in the news a small mention of a power outage for a few minutes in the Hilton services area.
On the 30th at 18:00hrs the police are called in to evacuate new street station, due to a bomb scare. At 20:35hrs the bomb explodes taking out most of the passenger gateway. A second bomb Explodes in South Birmingham’s power relay station taking out power for all of south Birmingham.
A News Report on the 1st, at 16:00 and 20:00, gave details about the terrorist activity, in New Street station last night, it said that the explosion shorted out the power lines at the station, causing the South Birmingham Substation to fail. However no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, police have their suspicions. Also a body has been found in a Steal drum, near Penderford. The body has been there some time and is in a state of decay, however there is no know cause of death.
The headline news on the 8th, is that a body has been found at Dudley castle Slain, mutilated and crucified, so far the police have been unable to ascertain the Identity of the victim, and are open to any information upon the Identity of both the Victim, and killer.
On the 13th . The headline news was, that during a violent robbery at Tamworth museum two security guards were killed and several items were taken. The weapons were of no considerable value to anybody but a collector. Police are not dismissing the fact that it could have been a drug’s related crime.
Then on the 18th, a news report stated, that evidence had been found in archives tying leading staff at the West Midland Vice Squad, with the dealing of Drugs. Apparently they had been putting confiscated drugs back on the street, at below street prices.
On the 26th a Woman’s body was found in a Lake near Leamarston. Police are investigating.
Once again on the 27th the Killer strikes. After seeing on the news about Tamworth he decides to get his next victim there and String him up on the Castle.
The Lasombra was tracked through Oldbury on the 29th, where he stopped in the town centre. After being chased by the Camarilla vampires for 1 hour, they managed to track him down and destroy him. The puzzle box he had, has now been buried by wolves in the park. The wolves have now left the area, so no one knows where the box is. The Lasombra’s ghoul assistant, after being chased by the Gangrel Primogen and captured, was maimed, and then buried alive.
There has been a lot of activity around the area this month, with bodies and shooting all over the place, and the police seam powerless to stop the killers.
Some of the Major events this month have been the explosion of a tower block in Longbridge, which has been attributed to a gas leek, very dubious if you ask me.
The Primogen have received letters from the Lasombra's Ghoul telling them he has more info on the whereabouts of the box and the Lasombra
The Mystery organisation has now been given a name It is called Military Intelligence 10 or MIX for short. They have now started regular patrols of the West Midlands Area in an attempt to stop the Unexplained Murders, and investigate strange activity.
The Local Serial killer has struck also this month, it is believed he is a mad Priest.
On the 17th An incident at Birmingham City Blood Bank, leaves 3 staff members dead (No know cause), and the entire store of blood missing. Police surmise that with the increase of gun related crimes this will leave the Birmingham health service in chaos, and they urge the public to give blood now. They believe that this is the work of a deluded individual, who thinks they are a vampire.
A medical report is published to the police and medical sector, saying that the Heroin addictions are up 3% of normal, in addition to last months increase, this could all be due to Millennium Paranoia, we will have to wait and see in the first quarter of next year.
A new article also hinted at possible anarch activity in the area. A service station in the Solihull area was held up early this morning, and the staff beaten, by an unknown gang, before leaving the sprayed a symbol on the wall, which is more commonly used by Anarch Movements around the world.
After the prince had spent much time sorting out his affairs in Paris he has vanished on his return journey, and one of the council meeting went ahead without him, with some degree of success. Some of the Primogen turned up to the meeting, the Malkavian, Toreador, and Brujah were missing, along with the Prince. The Princes Friend Xris told the remaining Primogen, that the prince contacted him the previous night o tell him he was returning from his business in Paris. However He never arrived at the airport. He also introduced Sally, a Gangrel which contacted him after the wolves which hid the box moved to Sutton Coalfield Park.
He also tells them the details of the meeting with the Informer, after finishing the brief meeting they go to meet the informer and Xris tries to track down the prince. Sally takes them up to meet Freddy, the Ex-ghoul of the Lasombra. Freddy tells them about the fact that the Lasombra is not dead, and also tells them he knows the location of the box and the Lasombra, of which the Tremere pays for. Also Freddy tells them a lot of shit about he box. (none of which is true).
And finally Police have a suspicion that there are a group of gun runners acting in the area.
All in all it's been a quiet month.
The Serial Killer now Dubbed the Millennium Killer has truck again this time in the town of Oldbury, the victim was till alive when police arrived on the scene, however he later died in hospital.
On the 4ht Sabastian the Toreador Primogen Leaves for a business meeting in Madrid. Jahindra Seth has moved in to the Art gallery, until Sabastian returns, he has received the unfortunate news of his current predicament. And is now managing his affairs, until his return. The exhibition will still go ahead with no delay.
On the 7th A human Skeleton was found on waste ground near Harborne Rd, Selley Oak. Forensic examiners are stumped as to it's origin.
On the 8th the police announced that they are going to step up the patrols in the West Midlands area, until the new year
The primogen council have decided to cut back on all of there Supernatural activities until the new year, as with the upgraded police presence and more MIX than ever, it is unsafe for them to walk the streets.
A Note has been posted through the Elysium door, it is presumed sent by the Lasombra, it basically say see you in the new year this Police shit is too much for me, you Suckers, and I may have a few new tricks for you, it depends on what Santa brings. Signed L.
