History (Time In) August 1999:-           To start this month off we had the Solar Eclipse on the 11th, somehow during the eclipse two vampires managed to pull of a bank robbery. One vampire with Obfuscate, and the other was a Lasombra. They managed during the hours of the Eclipse to do over the Halifax bank in the Palisades (Birmingham). The Lasombra with a gun acted as the visible antagonist, while the other vampire with obfuscate followed his actions exactly, but he had a water pistol. Therefore all reports and video evidence were in conflict. This attracted the attention of a mysterious government organisation.           Two days later a false new broadcast covered up the Vampric action, and made a joke of the bank raid.           Then later on the 25th of the month a vampire was killed in new street station. Again the government organisation covered it up. To follow this action up the organisation raided several pubs and clubs in the area.
